Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we only accept returns for defective or damaged products. We do not offer returns for sizing issues or change of mind, so we strongly recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
PPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Order changes
If you wish to change your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot change your order after these 2 hours.
Lost packages
If your package gets lost in transit, we will be happy to replace it and ensure your order reaches you, as long as the correct address was selected during checkout.
If you do not request a replacement, we will have to wait 30 days before issuing a refund if the package is still not received. Our customer support team will check on your order regularly during these two weeks and provide updates.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
